We offer a clean, comfortable sleeping area with a queen size bed, plus a full size futon sofa bed is available. Plenty of fresh towels and linens are available. The kitchen is fully furnished, with ample dining area. The bathroom is tiled and has a rainfall shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap. We provide a sofa, a television, DVD player, a few movies, books, free wireless internet and plenty of parking. Help yourself to the washer and dryer if you need it. Maid service is available for stays longer than 4 days; however, please let us know when you check in what you prefer so that we can schedule the service and not disturb your privacy. This is a smoke free residence.

The Fieldstone is not a "bed and breakfast" but the kitchen is completely stocked with dishware, silverware, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, spices, cookware and utensils should you decide to prepare your own meals.
Rates:
Per night: $175 per night plus 11% sales and room tax. Weekly (Up to 4 guests; 7 consecutive nights):$850 plus 11% sales and room tax. Special rates apply for Cornell and Ithaca College graduation weekends; and other special events.
Payment & Cancellation Policy: We require payment in full at the time of your booking. Should you need to cancel, we cannot offer a refund but we will be glad to rebook your reservation for another date or offer a credit towards future stay. Cash and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) accepted.
